English Test Issue

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am facing with taking an exam. I have not opted for the English exam test, yet the system is informing me that I have to wait for 90 days to retake the exam.

I am eager to start selling, and I have carefully read the instructions on how to take the exam. However, the waiting period is causing a delay in my plans.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if there is any additional information or documentation that I need to provide to help you better understand the situation.

Unfortunately we are not customer support here. Just other sellers and buyers. So.. you may want to send a ticket to customer support.

That being said, if the system states you have to wait 90 days, that means you took the exam 2 times. I think you can access it up to 2 times in a 90 day period. So if you did that, just wait and take it again when possible.
