What delivery on time effects?

Hi Everyone,

I just to know that is we deliver work on fiverr on time.But the client don't check and not give response then after 2 days he mark this is revision so I this effect over delivery on time percentage?
Because I delivery every order on time but in few days ago I see my percentage down 'delivery on time' is 96% so I am confused.
Do you any one know about this and tell me why this is happens to me.

Revision requests have no effect on delivery time. You must have been late with at least one delivery in the past 60 days. If you're sure you have not delivered any order late, you should contact customer support about it.

Thank you Yes one delivery is late only half hour but it effect 4%🙄

Unfortunately yes, even if it's a minute late, it's late delivery.

Late is late on Fiverr, it's not the same as dealing with someone directly. I would suggest requesting an extension if you know you will be late delivering, or extend your overall delivery time. Better to 'underpromise and overdeliver'. After 60 days your stats will be reset providing you don't make any more late deliveries. The percentage will fluctuate over the period of 60 days depending on how many orders you complete during that time.
