Can i turn off vacation mode?

I turned on the vacation mode on my Fiverr profile, But when I was browsing through my profile it said I didn't meet the criteria for a level 2 seller and will be demoted on evaluation on the 15th. I didn't take any orders for almost 2-3 months, and now its showing i don't meet the criteria for

Maintain a 4.7 star rating, over the course of 60 days

so I would like to get my gigs back up. Is there any way to turn it off or do I need to contact support?

Hello, I wasn't getting many orders on Fiverr recently so I decided to learn new skills and come back again. But as a result, I didn't get any orders for almost 2-3 months. will my profile be blacklisted or shadowbanned for it? I will also get demoted to level 1 because i don't meet the criteria

Okay, I figured it out. So you just need to set the Start Date and End Date to Today's date so maybe it will be gone after 12am. Hopefully

@webcutThe link you provided seems to be outdated as its from 2014 and i couldn't find the option to turn it off under “My Gigs”
