Vacation Days Reset in January

I wasn’t sure if vacation days reset on our anniversary date of joining Fiverr or at the beginning of the year, so I sent Support an email.

They told me Vacation Mode resets to 28 days every January and unused days DO NOT rollover.

I figured I would post their response here since I’d been unable to find the information elsewhere. I only wished I had asked how many days I had left since I failed to keep track and that info is no where to be found on my profile.
