New to fiverr - Uploading Gig problems

Hi guys. I don’t know if it’s because I’m being daft or what. But every time I try to start a new gig it won’t let me upload anything. No samples of work or even a cover photo even though I adjust the pictures to the suggested requirements.
It would bring up the box for me to choose what to upload, I select it but then nothing… Even just a “image is too large” or whatever would be nice but nothing happens and I’m getting annoyed.
Please help a newb out. Thanks.

i uploaded 1100 260px image size up to 1mb but not fix , cutting out … help me

You are responding to an old post and some of this information may have changed. Also, there is a big difference between a gig image and a cover image. I wouldn’t even use a cover image at first. They can be very difficult to get right. Just use a gig image. Save the cover image experience until you study up well. I’ll give you some links. So, for gig images:

“Each image should be in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, a minimum of 550 x 370 pixels, and up to 5 MB. The image should be owned by you. Do not use copyrighted images otherwise your Gig won’t be approved.”
