আসসালামু আলাইকুম ওয়া রাহমাতুল্লাহ 
অনেক চেষ্টার পরও বায়ারকে 100% ইনফর্মেশন কালেক্ট করে দিতে না সক্ষম হওয়ার। বায়ার  আমাকে 75 % পেমেন্ট করতে চাচ্ছে যেহেতু আমার ১০০% পেমেন্ট এর জন্য কাস্টমার অফার  পাঠানো আছে.এখন আমি কি করতে পারি অর্ডার ক্যানসেল করে তার পরে আবার কাস্টম অফার পাঠাব।যারা অভিজ্ঞ আছেন  একটু জানাবেন। জাজাকাল্লাহ

I suggest using English in the Forum to receive optimal support. Unfortunately, Fiverr doesn't have a mechanism to decrease the order amount once it's placed. Your best option is to cancel the current order and send the buyer a custom offer at the price you both agree upon. You can use the resolution center for this, but keep in mind that canceling an order will affect your order completion rate. However, if you continue to deliver quality work, your rate will eventually improve over time.

You can try to provide your clients 100% work. Or you can agree on your client's proposal. Otherwise if your client give you a bad review then it will hamper your reputation on Fiverr marketplace.

If you cancel the order and send your client a custom offer again, then it will be good if he gives good feedback, then the gig or account will not be a problem inshallah.
