Can you remove your bad reviews?

So I saw this editor seller with 550 reviews, the majority were 5 stars and I've seen that he has some 1 star reviews, 2 star reviews etc.
Today when I cam across his gig again, the bad reviews were gone. I saw what the reviews were saying and I dont think the buyers contacted Fiverr to remove the reviews

if reviews are offensive or rude, seller reserves right to report

and fiverr customer service removes them

You can't remove any reviews. Fiverr will even give you a warning if you ask for any changes to a review. As Gray said, the only situation when they do remove a review is when it's offensive or abusive, etc. But those things are rare. Most likely you saw another gig they have, but who knows. People can't change/remove any review the way they please, that's for sure.
