Fiverr's Block Option

I buyer requested for a service from me that has to do with research and he engaged me for weeks as I was updating him bit by bit. As I was done with the necessary findings (because it is a service that has to do with local sourcing), I now realized that the buyer is a Yoruba man but with Fake identity Spain buyer's account on Fiverr. He has achieved frustrating my freelancing effort. It is so painful. To crown it all fiverr hide the option to block him from me.

Did he place an order with you? Or you did all this work without a pending order? If he didn't place an order, you can easily mark one of the messages as Spam or go to his Profile and block him.

If you have a pending order with him, things are more difficult. Ideally, you want to cancel the order if you can't fulfill it!

The buyer is real but he once resided in Nigeria that was the reason for his local language. Because he later made a video of himself.
