It's a new option to add more credibility to your profile. You can add clients that you have worked with in the past and make your profile look more trustworthy. This feature isn't available to all sellers. You can't apply for it, but instead, you'll receive a notification from Fiverr when it becomes available to you. Focus on delivering good quality work and leave the decision to Fiverr officials and the algorithm. You can learn more about it here
