Should I obsess over 5 stars or let it go?

This 5 star rating has made me quite depressed. I’ve spent so much time and effort keeping a 100% rating, but I’ve already started getting 4 1/2 and such. I know others have mentioned to ask for a 5 star rating, but I feel like this could cause buyers to take advantage, even more than before. That would consume my life.



What are you all doing? Are you obsessing over maintaining 5 stars, or did you just let it go?

Yes, I'm absolutely obsessing over 5 stars. To me, anything less is a negative review; so I make sure my feelings are clear to the buyer when delivering the order.

I never obsess about things that are beyond my control. The way i see it i will just keep doing my best and if the ARS messes things up then it just means fiverr will no longer be a viable option (luckily there are many other places for freelancers to work).



Have had over 50 different jobs and have never let a job take over my life.

I’m with @mgjohn78 - if my ratings take a nose dive despite the fact that I’m still doing a good job, then I’ll just stop working through Fiverr. I already work through multiple freelancing sites so it’s no big loss.

Yes you should obsess for five stars or it will effect your rating very much.
