Customer support already told you.

Your account is disabled and what that means is you can't withdraw any money until they make a decision. It can take up to 90 days, and you will receive an email when you are allowed to withdraw.

You can see here that I can transfer the money as he told me, but when I try, this message appears again

Also, this message was already appearing before my account was closed and I was transferring money from the mobile app
