Sudden drop in conversion, despite increase in impressions

Morning/Afternoon all. 

I'm a UK based voice over that's relatively new to the space. Over the last year I've had several small odd-jobs on an old demo that I did. I recently hit Lv1 status, upgraded my demo and saw a drastic increase (>100%) on impressions, so I assumed it was a step in the right direction, but I've not had any new orders for over a month despite still having higher impressions that I previously had. 

Is there any voice over/audio people willing to take a quick look at the page to see if the page/gig is lacking something, or pushing people away that I'm just not seeing?
