Payment withdrawal issue

Recently, I tried withdrawing some amount form my fiverr account to payoneer. upon which I got an error saying something along the lines of "withdrawal failed please contact support", I did exactly that but the thing is payment hasn't reached payoneer and not even in my fiverr account. It shows payment as "In process". I tried asking support but got told that "dedicated team is already reviewing the situation and will provide a solution as soon as possible". It's been more than 12 hours since this issue occured and I'm still waiting for some update. Any advice would be appreciated.

Do you see payment in "Upcoming" or in "Pending" tab at PAYONEER ?

If yes, happened to me as well, and contacted them via LIVE CHAT, and agent solved it within 5h

I suggest checking with Payoneer support as well. Beyond that, there's not much you can do. Unless you're a Pro, Top Rated or Plus seller, you can expect support to take 24 - 72 hours to get back to you on Fiverr.
