Find a customer on Fiverr instead of they find me. Is it possible?

Well... when I was a buyer on Fiverr (about 3 months ago) I remember that it was possible to describe some service I was needing, create it, and then a bunch of sellers would contact me to offer their services. But now, as a seller, I can't find this option... How can I do that? Is it still possible? It would facilitate a lot my contacts on the platform as a seller.

Useless observation: I did it once trying to buy a spanish voiceover service.
