No, it is not allowed to use one Payoneer account for multiple Fiverr accounts, even if they belong to you and your brother. Each Fiverr account should have its own payment account associated with it.

I remember Fahim from his time on the Fiverr Forum before he died. Is your brother Fahim? Are you using his account? Do you have permission from Fiverr to use his account?
