1. Problem: Describe in 1 line what your client are looking for? 
2. Solution: Do you have any solution for that ? write is down . it might be in 'yes/no' solution or keep it as short as possible .
3. Details of your service : write down what are you providing here.
4. Why: write down why they will buy from you? why are you exception from others.
5. Extra benefits: if you provide any extra benefits , share it .
