Can anyone explain what is Enable new buyers on Fiverr to contact me. what if you check that box and hit ok.

That is for when you make your profile unavailable. If regular buyers contact you, your response rate will remain the same. However, if you check that box, you must reply to any new-to-you buyer within 24 hours, or your response rate will suffer.
