Dealing with a possible scammer

sirakiwiri

Question

Hi community I'm new to this forum. a few days back I received an unusual message but I decided to answer and the requirements for the job were so easy I took the job and I made the mistake of undercharging for it. But I tried to make the best of it delivered and the client started calling me names,  I changed the delivery with little to no instructions from him, just insults, and reworked the work, whe the second deliver went his way, the client finally ask for what he wanted, which was pretty much what I delivered twice before, but a few hours later, right when I was about to deliver: he ask for a cancellation, I send him the third delivery and told him that further changes will require payment and he refused to accept the delivery.  So I googled his name and in maps there's a place that matches his profile and everything, and all reviews there call his products scams, so now I know he is probably the same scammer who also has a social media accounts under the same name that look suspicious. I don't want to spend no more time on him, but I know I already worked three times on this order and I don't want to deal any more with him, so I don't know if I should cancel or just try to ignore until the order autocompletes. I gotta say that I rarely have disputes and just once a client refused to accept changes but I manage to talked all that mess trough, and that seemed like a genuine miss-understanding, but this time I'm afraid this person has weird intentions from the beginning and googling him just made my suspicions grow. What would you do? And thank so much for the feedback.

explain everything to Fiverr CS and ask for the cancellation of the order and if they can remove the defect to your performance
