Gig went to last page, immediately after gig promotion activation

Hi, please help me, I am depressed, this is my full time job. I am doing very good, and making lots of money for fiverr. 3 days ago, I got a notification to promote my gig, I did, but immediately I did that, I noticed all my gigs went from first page to last page, not only the one I promotd. With this, I'm scared, I discontinued gig promotion. After doing this, waited for a day. I noticed my gig isn't in search results again. All my gigs aren't in search results again, and am always having 5 star reviews, please help me. I've been working since past 3 years, this shouldn't happen to me. Thanks

this happens even if you have been working at Fiverr for 3 years ( I have been working at Fiverr for 5 years and this happened to me) some of your customers may have left you a negative private review and lowered some of your performance. What I did was contact all my past customers asking if they would like to place a new order, by doing this very likely they will leave a review so that you will soon restore your performance.

Yes but NOT after few days! so better you move fast to return in track

i have the same experience. maybe you have to wait like 30-60 days.

I off the promotion, and now it says unable to promote again, that it is disqualified
