Order was canceled due to a dispute initiated by the buyer and/or their issuing bank

Respected All

Fiverr deducted $3000 from my account and gave back to buyer for completed work! Works was perfectly done and delivered. Buyer accepted the delivery, marked as completed and reviewed me! Buyer wrotes "the app completed looks great" in review and Gave me 5 stars! But 1 month later fiverr just cancelled the order and deducted my $3000. I contact support and submitted all proof of delivery and work completion. But customer support doesn't respond me since last 4 days.

I received bellow mail from fiverr!!!!!!

"Hi xxxxx,

Your order with xxxxxx was canceled due to a dispute initiated by the buyer and/or their issuing bank.

The funds from this order were automatically returned to the buyer.

Thanks,
The Fiverr Team"


Can any one suggest me for further action.

wait the answer to CS and ask for compensation since you have deliver the order and it was accepted from your client with 5 stars review

Thanks for the response.

They doesn't respond since 6 days. Is it my fault/problem if there is bank issue? Because I done my job sincerely. I think this is the best trick to get free work in fiverr. Does any one heard about to get free iPhone from Online Marketplace on any dispute/chargeback/bank issue after delivered iPhone? If any Online Marketplace can give answer to bank then why Fiverr can't?

Fiverr must investigate first before deducting amount from seller's account. if there is any bank issue then it must be between buyer, bank and fiverr, But they should not include Seller in this case as Seller already done their job as per buyer's requirement.

This happened to me once too. The buyer must have paid through PayPal and opened a dispute there and Fiverr can't do anything about it and they have to return the money. But in my case, Fiverr compensated me and paid my money back to me. So wait maybe a few more days as the amount is significant and they may compensate you too.

Right now I have the same issue that you had some months ago!
Did they refund your money back?
