Fiverr Account restricted for no clear reason?

Question

My Fiverr account was temporarily restricted claiming violations of the trust and safety guidelines. However, I went through my account multiple times, and couldn't find anything that was out of the ordinary or in violation of the TOS. My account has been in excellent standing, and been doing very well. 

When I asked Customer Support about it, they responded with that it might be something related to multiple accounts, but can't share any details. I have no idea how that could even be possible, for I have never even used another account. The account I have is the only one I am on, and it has been in use for 1 year. The sudden restriction has been really stressful, and confusing as I don't even know how they could have flagged me for using multiple accounts. 

Anyone with whom this has happened before, please share some insight into the situation.

How long would it take them to withdraw the restriction if it was done in error? 

I completely understand and respect that Fiverr staff have a lot of things to deal with everyday, and this might take time, but if anyone who has been through this can provide a tentative idea, it would be great.

The account is temporarily restricted.
Once an account is temporarily disabled, the customer needs to wait for the trial period (which can take upwards of 90 days) to be completed—to know if the account will be restored or permanently disabled.
