Not able to set up Fiverr's new feature "Paid Video Consultation"

Hi 

It's a new feature that Fiverr has introduced.
I have setup and fill out all the details but Its not showing up in my profile and there is no option to finish the setup.
Don't know how to do it properly or is there anything that i'm missing.
Anyone facing this issue.
