Hi,
just wondering if anyone can help,
I purchased a gig on fiverr to have a website built
the seller said I had to do this In 2 gigs for the site to be finished the first one the seller built a webpage and showed me it, I had to accept it for him to start on completing the site,
the seller then finished the website but will not transfer the website to me, he wants to hold it so if I want to make edits I must pay him
the gig never mentioned this at all at any point on the selling page or in chat
I never accepted the gig and it automatically accepted, I contacted support and they said I need to contact the seller which caused the time to pass the 14 refund period
i contacted support again and have been offered $250 in credit that I can not even refund
I have replied and said I am not happy as in total I spent $890 and I have not been delivered the gig, $250 is unacceptable, please have the seller deliver the order and you can have the $250 back otherwise I want a refund so I can pay someone to do the work I need.
support are now unresponsive and have been for days I am unsure what to do, I would like an address to have legal guidance firstly send a letter of demand although obviously with support being in responsive, I am unable to get that from them

oder 1 = $250
order 2 = $630 - offered $250 credit
Order 3 = $60
