What can I do about my friends fiverr seller profiles login not being approved

A couple of my friends who are also into freelancing have issues with login into their accounts. What do you think can be done about this?

There must be some reason from fiverr Side about not approving the new account.

It's unclear from your topic title and post what the issue is. Do they have trouble logging into their accounts? Like a technical issue? Or they tried to become sellers, but their seller profiles were not approved?

Either way, they can try contacting Customer Support (they can do it via email, support@fiverr.com) and ask for help (or, if they're not allowed to become sellers, they can try asking for explanation why).
