Questions Regarding Verifying Id

Hello!

I have a question about whether gig thumbnail images are relevant when verifying identity.

I am currently working as a manager for my wife's company, handling orders and communicating with customers. Recently, I received a notification to verify my identity in order to continue selling on Fiverr. 

P.S : All billing details, GST number, and other required information are under my wife's company name.

Question : Should I provide proof of my wife's identity or my own identity?

I don't understand what gig thumbnails have to do with your question.

As for verifying identity, that should be the account holder. Whomever has their name, email, PayPal on the account, should be the one to verify.

As I manage orders and communicate with customers, I include my face on all thumbnails. So does it matter, while verifying identity ?
