When does fiverr refund a customer after the order is closed?

my customer asks me for changes after 1 month,he says he is not satisfied,I promised him I would continue the work not that I would do it from scratch and he says he already paid me and wants to be satisfied and threatens to take refund(order closed 20 days ago)

Should I be worried?

Was he satisfied when you delivered your work?

yes and no but he approved many elements ,then approved the work,i cannot work if he do not give instructions and just ask to re do entire work untile his mood is satisfied,i told him that i will do our deal not extra work as he required.

I am more interested to know what FIVERR will really believe from his version of the story.

very probably Fiverr could refund the order if you delivered part of the order, but if everything was delivered as described or as agreed with the client you can ask Fiverr for compensation, as you delivered the Order as per description or as per client agreement.
