Match & Brief is not for unsold or new gigs

I have 6 gigs. 3 are about 3D character modeling and the other 3 are about image editing and logo. Two of my 3D gigs have been sold, but the rest of them haven't. I never received any briefs for image editing or logo, I only ever get briefs for 3D character modeling. I feel like this is not effective for the unsold gigs.
