Fiverr charged me 42% fee, why is that?!

I made an order, charged 35$ and fiverr only will pay 20$. I thought the fee was 20%. This is insane

On a $35 order, you'll make $28.

That couldn't happen. Fiverr only gets 20% from every order if you charge much more than you can contact customer support.

Did you send your buyer a coupon? Did you owe Fiverr a payment for a service such as promoted gigs or the Seller Plus Program?
