I can't withdraw my money.

Hi! I hope anyone can help me. I made a paypal business account, and then withdrawed my money. It came back to my fiverr account. So I thought I made a mistake during the sign up, because I had to add my residence informaiton, but It asked my what state i am living in. I didn't understand why, because I have already indicated that I live in Hungary not in the USA. But i had to click on something so I said Alaska, and thats how i created my account. Then I made a simple paypal account because there my my residence informations weren't asked, and I tried to withdraw my money again. The withdrawal is been in process for more than 2 weeks... and I still do not see my money on my paypal account and I can't do anything. Where can I ask for help or what should I do? I have oreds in process, and I can't focus on them like this...

Selling on Fiverr > Payments and withdrawals > Withdrawals > Unable to withdraw funds > I still need help

Go to the settings page and click on the Form W-9 tab to ensure that you haven't selected yourself as a US citizen.

better asking to fiverr customer service for your problem. Usually Fiverr to paypal need 1 day to transfer money
