GIG derank but showing in gig suggestions and promotion working

My main gig having 900 reviews is showing at last pages but All rest of gigs are ranked fine ? I have promoted gig working but my Main gig is deranked. I asked my Success manager he sais your private feedback score is low, Does private feedback related to one specific gig ranking or over all seller account?

If you're saying that only one gig's ranking has been affected, then it logically seems like the negative private feedback is about that one gig. If it applied to all gigs, then all of them would be affected.
