Why Fiverr closed buyer request?

Why Fiverr closed buyer request option? New freelancers lost opportunity to get projects. I am also facing too much problems to get projects. Few Fiverr Sellers are getting matches & most of them are fake.

Best matches are also not verified by Fiverr. You can post job on Fiverr and it will be shown to some fiverr sellers. And continuously to them. And those matches are not verified. Most of them are fake and try to make deal with seller out of the Fiverr & they try to scam Fiverr Sellers.

This has been done due to some fake and unnecessary buyer requests from seller

Personally I haven't received many fake briefs, I've only received vague briefs. But that's very common with orders too honestly.

What's the path to work around the absence of buyer requests?  To upgrade and pay for services a month?
