Revisions made it late?

entrecon

Question

If I deliver on time, but then the buyer requests revisions after the due date, does that impact my on-time delivery rate? I have had a few customers request revisions, but the requests came in after the original due date. I now have a 99% delivered-on-time rate. It seems to me a revision request should automatically provided some kind of time extension to complete the job.

No, it doesn't impact the on-time delivery rate. I've had orders in “revision” status for months; I've never had any drops.
