The Payout method not showing

Today I wanted to withdraw money, but I noticed that all payout methods disappeared. What could it be and how to fix it? 
I tried to change the screen resolution to fix it, but it didn't help. Previously, I had no problems withdrawing money from paypal and payoneer

I was facing same issue. After playing a lot, Here is solution when you are on that page (where you are selecting your withdraw option), Then just simply zoom out your browser window until you will see continue button 🙂 then click on it and you will receive fiverr email for adding payment method.

i think you have to reduce the zoom out and you will see the button to add the payment method

Reduce Zoom out until you see the button. If It's not showing then contact to support!
