Earlier today, I stumbled across some content that talks about Fiverr Seller plus or something related to that (I've forgotten what it's called, incase I'm wrong). Can anyone explain to me in details what it means, the requirements to achieve such badge and also the benefits of it.

It is not a badge. It is a program that you can request to join. The cost is $19.95 monthly for a level one membership, and the premium membership is $29.95 per month—but maybe it is $39.95. You can read about it here:

Be warned that you must be selected for the program and there is a waiting list.
