My fiverr profile inbox response time is 0. Please someone help me how can I bring the response time to 1 hour?

If you haven't received or responded to any new messages in the last 60 days, then your inbox response rate may show N/A.

I have the same situation, it will be fixed if you reply to the message.

Don't worry about it. When someone will knock on you it will be solved automatically.

The time will show up when a potential buyer knocks you in inbox. Until then, it will remain N/A

maybe you are not receiving messages and for this reason the statistics cannot be updated. anyway, it's something you don't need to worry, that data will update as soon as you receive some more messages.
