Refund problem resolution



I work with a USA buyer and was happy with the fast work and made three more orders and each worked happily giving me a tip of $50 per order and lots of compliments and five star feedback. Then he asked for a refund and the support team canceled the order, what should I do now? Advice from experienced brothers thanks in advance.
