Buyers messaging seller in order after marked complete

Hi everyone! Before I bring this to the attention of customer support, I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. After buyers post reviews of my orders and they’re marked complete, they go to message me something like the youtube link where they uploaded it, but messages go within the order (which has already been completed) where I can not respond, rather than my inbox. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes, this happens to me regularly. I think it’s a bug with the new ARS, whereby the page doesn’t refresh after the review has been left, meaning the buyer can also type a message on the order page after reviewing. It’s annoying because we can’t reply to the message on the order page and instead, we have to navigate to our inbox.

Yes, this actually always happens to me. Buyers will post a message, the order will be “closed” on my end and because they don’t have a Contact feature on their account I’m left unable to respond back. I hate it!



Maybe let Customer Service know about this issue?
