Payoneer blocked my account without telling reason of blocking.

On Jan 12, I tried to log in to my Payoneer account but found that my account was blocked. 

 

I contacted Payoneer customer care. The Live chat was not working so I generated a ticket. Then I called on Payoneer's phone number but the call bot ended the call after knowing my customer ID. I waited for three weeks but I was not able to get my Payoneer account unblocked. So I tried to create a new account but it got blocked immediately. I tried to contact them in the Payoneer community and their representative helped me a little. they unblocked my account partially only allowing me to withdraw funds from Fiverr only. A week later I contacted them on Live chat to ask them to remove restrictions from my account. The agent said they will close my main account and transfer the information to the second account. A day later I found my account was blocked again. Again without any notification. I again tried to contact them. I sent many emails but they always sent some general emails that they sent my request to the account opening department. I have sent them my National ID card photos and asked if they need any verification documents I can provide but the email response is always general. Two months have passed. I am constantly trying to contact them via Facebook, Twitter, and Customer care but my account is still blocked. 

Payoneer is the worst platform. Please give us any other options to withdraw payments. Thanks
