My gig has been active for over 30 days, but I am still unable to add extras. Also, the level has not been upgraded.As of today, I have now completed 12 orders.I’ve emailed fiverr support but of course I have yet to receive a response.Does anyone have any ideas as to how long it will take for my level to upgrade and I am able to add extras.
