Before the end of the delivery period, the client asks me to submit the work I have done so far. What Should I do now?

"Work I have done so far" - that means they aren't asking the complete work, maybe they just need proof that there is some progress. 

Its either you can assure them that you can deliver by the deadline or you can attach a copy in the order page (and put a watermark if its relevant) of the work you did do.

Again, this all depends what kind of project this is. I don't think what the buyer is asking is wrong, just communicate properly.
