What if a buyer asks you to email at his/her personal/official email ID?

I am new to fiverr and recently created my Gig in the category of video editor.

I received a message from a buyer, offering me to hire for a video editing project. But the buyer asked me to email on his/her personal email ID for further communication.   

Should I consider it a scam and report it? 

Please guide me on this and update me on any other scam like this.

Working outside of fiver is illegal. You tell Kline I won't do nay work outside fiver. if you order any work then please come to fiver. It's safe for both. Thanks

Both the buyer and the seller communicating outside the fiverr are delinquent. You ask the customer to limit communication to fiverr.
