Buyer Placed Subscription Order but not sending any requirements

The buyer has activated a 3-month subscription. In the 1st month (January) he placed an order and it was also completed. That month he placed 2 more orders without a subscription and that too was completed. Another order arrives next month (This Month-February). But it has been 2 days since the buyer did not give any kind of requirements. So the order is in Incomepte status. I also no longer start the order manually.

Now my question is:

1. Will the order automatically be placed for the 3rd time in the next month (March)?
2. Do I start the order and submit the buyer's previous 2nd order logo?
3. In this way, if the auto-order is placed next month (March), should I start the order and submit the logo of the buyer's previous 3rd order?
