Hello Everyone!

I have a Question regarding my First Order. I am a New Seller and Client placed the order after conversation. He uploaded one video in drive for sample and I gave him a 30 second sample out of 1 Minute Video. He said he will add 2 more videos in Drive by Sunday as the packages includes 3 Videos Editing. He didn't added yet. SHould I ask him for update or wait for 1-2 days more. What should I do?

Hello too

You can ask for the status on video by sending a message to your buyer in a polite way via Order Page.. 

P.S. There is a possibility that your buyer is from USA or any other country so it will be night time there.. Wait till tonight/evening.. Check the time zone difference..

Thank you for your help! I really Appreciate it.

I am waiting today he might upload the remaining videos, if not then I will ask for the update just as you said "in a polite way"
