mehdivir Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 Hello, well i have a question in regards to the suspension of my gigs; well i planed to travel with my family in the next week and i’ll be away from my computer for some time, so i’ll have to suspend my gigs, but my question is that when i suspend a gig are the orders currently open are going to be closed or nothing will happen to them??Could someone please inform me about this subjectThank youSheriff’s Note: Moved to Fiverr FAQS. wingle Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 Yes those orders will be OPEN and you will have to deliver them. Unless you ask support to cancel them.Instead of suspending your gigs, you should have activate the VACATION MODE, in this way any previous buyers of your can enlist them to be notify when your gigs are in working mode.
