Fiverr Blocked My Account for Misuse of Identity Without Reason - My Frustrating Experience

Hello everyone,

I am writing this post to share my experience with Fiverr, and the situation I am currently facing. My account on Fiverr has been blocked for no apparent reason, and the reason provided by Fiverr is that I have misused my identity.

As a responsible and law-abiding individual, I was shocked to receive this notification. I immediately offered Fiverr legal documentation to confirm my identity and even offered to have a live video call to verify it. However, despite my efforts, each time I contacted Fiverr, I received the same response that my account is under review by their relevant team, and I have to wait for 90 days to get any resolution.

This response from Fiverr has been extremely frustrating for me, especially since I have provided all the necessary documentation to confirm my identity. I fail to understand why I have to wait for 90 days to resolve this issue when Fiverr can easily verify my identity by asking for any of the proof I have offered.

I urge Fiverr to take a more proactive approach in resolving this issue, and not to leave me in limbo for 90 days. I believe that it is the responsibility of Fiverr to provide clear and concise reasons for any account blocks or suspensions, and to ensure that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

I would like to assure everyone that I have not misused my identity in any way, and I have provided all the necessary documentation to Fiverr to confirm this. I hope that Fiverr will take immediate action to resolve this issue, and provide me with the necessary support and guidance to get my account back up and running.

So, did you verify your account when Fiverr asked you to? 

Did you try to use multiple Pay Pal or Payoneer accounts? These can be things that lead to issues.
