GIG PROMOTION UNAVAILABLE

I was promoting a Gig and it was showing on 1st page on 2nd or 3rd number, but suddenly on 3rd Feb, it stopped promoting and it disappeared from the searches.
My order response rate, completion rate, delivery time, everything is 100%, and it is still not qualifying for the promotion without any specific reason.
The info shown on tool tip is "This Gig can not be promoted right now, due to possible quality issues." My everything is 100% complete I don't know what more needs to be improved for my gig to be able to qualify for the promotion again. Can someone please please guide why I can't promote my gig? and what could be the exact quality issue?

Does your profile fit in all of these? I see you only have 3 orders on that Gig.

3 order are only in Feb, 
in total my gig has around 80 orders

Alright so what's blocking you from getting your gig promoted is the "quality metrics". Honestly I'm not quite sure what they mean by that, maybe you had some private bad reviews. I did see some posts on the forum about this in the past, but of course no one really knew what this quality level is really about.

This is very normal if your gigs not allow to promote wait they will get back that

it will depend from the metric, sometime can need 3-4 months if you took a lot of private negative review

It is clearly stated that it is due to quality issue means you have been not offering quality services. You need to improve the quality of your work.

soon? are your sure? how can you be so sure? do not give secure information as it can take up to 3-5 months before having the promo service back!

whats the update? do you have it back now? and if yes, how long did it take to get it back. ive had this problem for almost 3 months now
