Fiverr experts is it recommended to change gig title? Url change problem

Hey,

My current gig title is 

write SEO content for medical articles and health blogs

I want to rank for medical articles, health articles, medical blogs, and health blogs which are also my related and targeted tags.

It's been 20 days since I published my gig but the ranking is not improved. I am thinking about a lot of possible reasons one of which is that I am ranking for SEO content instead of related tags. 

Can Fiverr experts review my gig and tell me what to improve?
