Buyer not getting mutual cancellation message

When you request a mutual cancellation, seller can type the reason in a block and send. However, buyer is not getting the message. I know this because when I request a cancellation, buyer will contact me and ask me why I’m cancelling. I’m always surprised and ask, did you not get my message. There answer is no. This has happen often enough to report it as a bug.
