steveeyes Posted July 13, 2014 Share Posted July 13, 2014 When you request a mutual cancellation, seller can type the reason in a block and send. However, buyer is not getting the message. I know this because when I request a cancellation, buyer will contact me and ask me why I’m cancelling. I’m always surprised and ask, did you not get my message. There answer is no.
