Job Match feature is not working for me.

Hello guys! I need to understand why job match feature is not working for me. As already i am maintaining the quality of my gigs and meeting the standards that are guided by the platform. With buyer request, My friends were making 40k in 2 months on the basis of services quality that they were offering but unfortunately this job match feature finished their work as well and not even a single job match is showing to them where they can actually work on. Need guideline please.
