Hi. I'm new to Fiverr. I posted my gig as an empathetic listener and now I'm getting requests for the same but the clients are asking me to chat with them in other social media platforms such as snapchat. 

What to do about this? 

In Fiverr, how can we place calls and video calls with clients. Do Fiverr provide any information or services for that?

Kindly guide me.
